Trademark Realty will Contact the owner within 24 hours to notify them of any property problems. All repair requests must be approved by the owner of all properties managed by Trademark Realty. We will make every effort to have someone out within 72 business hours to fix/assess repair request, as appointments must be made with a contractor who can service property repairs. Trademark Realty is not a repair company and cannot make any repairs to any properties. All repairs will be done by licensed contractors or other persons delegated by owner. Please be advised by signing and submitting this request you are authorizing Trademark Realty and/or the owner to enter the property to assess/fix any repair requests provided by you. Based on the extent of the repair a contractor may need access to the property more than once to properly address all concerns. The owner/property management company may leave a courtesy notice on kitchen table/counter/mantle inside the home indicating that the property had been entered. If you would like to be at all servicing appointments, please check the box below. Please be aware that this may delay the servicing of your request. If the request is determined by the landlord to be an urgent or emergency situation, He or She has the right to enter the property without notice to maintain his/her property.
